We make sure the nurse has a full cultural orientation in the States and we prescreen our nurses overseas. We test them on English reading, writing and speaking proficiency. We also make sure they pass all accredited nursing programs. ISG ensures passing scored on IETLS and NCLEX or CFGNS. |
